People Choice ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our services.

3. DATA WE COLLECT

We may collect the following personal data:

  • Name, email address, phone number (when you contact us or apply)
  • Photos and physical characteristics (for model applications)
  • Usage data and cookies (website analytics)
  • Communication history (bookings, inquiries)

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your personal data is used for:

  • Processing model applications and talent management
  • Responding to inquiries and booking requests
  • Generating campaign images through Digital Cast, with your consent (see section 5)
  • Improving our website and services
  • Sending relevant communications (with your consent)

5. DIGITAL CAST (AI-GENERATED CAMPAIGN IMAGES)

Under the name Digital Cast, we offer clients the possibility to generate campaign images featuring a digital representation of our models and actors, based on their portfolio photos.

This only happens with the model's explicit consent, and for minors with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. Consent is requested again for every campaign and can be withdrawn at any time, without giving a reason. A withdrawal applies to new campaigns. Images that were released earlier with consent may continue to be used within the agreed channels, duration and territory.

The digital representation is only used on our own platform and is never provided to clients or third parties. Clients only receive the campaign images we have released after review.

Campaign images generated with AI may be marked as such, as provided for under European regulation.

6. DATA SHARING, RECIPIENTS AND PROCESSORS

We may share your data with clients and partners for casting and booking purposes, but only with your consent. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

For the Digital Cast platform we work with an external technical partner, acting as a processor on our behalf. For generating the images we use external AI services. Portfolio photos are sent to these services at the moment an image is generated. They are not retained there, and they are not used to train AI models.

7. PROCESSING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

The editing on our platform runs on European infrastructure. Image generation currently runs through a cloud environment in the United States. This transfer is covered by the safeguards required under the General Data Protection Regulation, being an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

8. MINORS

For models under 18, we only work with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, who sign a separate agreement for each campaign. Access to photos of minors is limited to those who need them to carry out the assignment.

9. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Model profiles are kept active unless you request removal.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@people-choice.com.
